Return Policy

At Sourced., all sales are final. However, if an error occurs on our end (such as incorrect items or defective products), we are committed to resolving the issue.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if there is a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
  • To initiate a return request, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sourced.eu@gmail.com.

2. Return Approval Process

  • Once your return request is submitted, we will review the issue and either approve or deny the request.
  • If your request is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 3 working days from the approval date, A shipping label will be provided for you.

3. Conditions for Return Approval

  • The product must be unworn, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a refund.
  • If the product is returned in unacceptable condition (damaged or worn), we will deny the return and send the item back to you.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within [3-7 business days] after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return costs will be deducted from refund.
